Julian Kenchenten

Julian Kenchenten is a freelance, commercial photographer and cinematographer specializing in the outdoor space. He initially found his footing in the commercial/brand, apparel world, from 2011 to 2014 working as the in-house cinematographer for lululemon athletica.  Julian then went on to work as the in-house photographer/ cinematographer for Arc’teryx Equipment from 2014 to 2018, where he traveled the world shooting lead campaign imagery of ski, climb, expedition, run, and studio.

Since 2018, Julian has also provided lead campaign imagery for renowned brands including Aritzia, Toyo/Nitto Tires, Saucony, Mustang Survival, MEC, EVO, REI, Woods, Travel Alberta, and Rab. Aside from his work being featured in leading marketing content, his images have also been found in magazines like Forbes, Sidetracked, and GQ. Julian’s experience with expedition-style trips, studio shooting, and large production, allows him to tailer his style to a wide variety of brand and commercial needs.
